Below are some brief case studies showing several example projects from this area.

The project comprised a 3-classroom extension and two enclosed links between the existing main buildings dating from the 1930s, the 1950s and the 1980s. The new classroom extension compliments the 1950s building; the two links were designed to suit the very different conditions between the 1950s building and the other two main buildings.

Client: Northampton General Hospital

The Postgraduate Medical Centre provides lecture theatres, seminar rooms, library resources and social facilities. Comprehensive alterations and extensions were carried out in two successive projects, including the refurbishment of the large lecture theatre illustrated.

This large comprehensive school was extended to provide a new library at first floor level over four additional classrooms, offices and supporting spaces. Designed as a low energy, passively controlled environment the building incorporates high levels of natural daylighting and ventilation
